Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on this Site.

Products and prices

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Personalization

Our portraits are made to order using the photo you provide. Please make sure the photo is clear and that you have the right to use it. Production begins only after we have received your photo and payment.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized.

Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 8–12 days from when production starts, though this can vary by destination. Orders are shipped internationally; your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized — such as our pet portraits, made using the photo you provide — are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(c); Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, art. 103.c). This does not affect your legal rights if your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — see our Refund Policy.

Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
