Privacy Policy

At Regalia Pets ("we", "us", "our"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect

  • Contact and shipping information provided at checkout: name, address, email, phone number.
  • Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store your card details.
  • The photo of your pet, and any pet name or note, that you upload when ordering a personalized portrait.

Why we process your data

  • To fulfil your order and produce your personalized portrait (performance of a contract).
  • To communicate with you about your order (performance of a contract).
  • To comply with tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • To send marketing emails, only if you opt in (consent) — you can withdraw this at any time.

Who we share your data with

We share the minimum data necessary with: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), our production/fulfillment partner (to print and ship your personalized portrait, which includes the photo you upload), and our payment processor. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

International transfers

Your order, including the photo you upload, may be processed and printed by a fulfillment partner located outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep order data for as long as required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally 5–6 years), and pet photos for as long as needed to produce and ship your order, after which they are deleted unless you ask us to keep them for future reorders.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Exercise these rights by emailing daniboquerone@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
