Where we ship from

Each portrait is made to order and shipped from our production partner's facility. Estimated delivery time is 8–12 days from the start of production, depending on your location.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

Orders shipped outside our production partner's country may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or other taxes charged by your country on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are your responsibility, in addition to the order total. We are not able to predict or control these charges.
